Do I need an exchange account to use Tenure?

No. Tasks and surveys do not require an exchange key by default. A holding campaign may require a supported exchange connection or a verified wallet, as described in its conditions.

Where do I find campaigns?

Open a campaign invitation. You can also enable Telegram or verified-email notifications for eligible new campaigns. Your account shows the campaigns you have joined; it is not a public catalog of every campaign.

Is the profile setup mandatory?

No. The short setup helps match notifications using your country and banks. You can skip it and update your preferences later. Campaign questionnaires are completed as part of the task.

What can a questionnaire contain?

The merchant can add answer choices, free text and numbers, and show questions depending on earlier answers. Each campaign has its own questionnaire.

When is a task reward paid?

After the required result is approved. For staged onboarding, the reward is attached to the final stage. A deposit at an external service is separate from the Tenure reward; compensation is limited to the stated reward amount.

How do holding rewards work?

Holding campaigns use verified balances and time to calculate a share of a funded pool. Minimum balances, duration, eligibility, fees and other conditions are set for each campaign.

How do I receive my reward?

Approved rewards are credited to your Tenure wallet. Available withdrawal networks, minimums and conditions are shown on the wallet page.

Is AI review required?

No. Merchants may review reports manually or enable AI review with campaign-specific rules. AI review consumes merchant credits.
